Painted carpets, boucherouits, furniture and a lighting object define the space in the gallery’s window. Gilbert Bretterbauer entangled Moroccan carpets with his approach to a reinterpretation of craft techniques in this exhibition in the gallery space of Gebhart Blazek. The haptics of the decorative textile work are modeled with brushstrokes while the ornamentation merges into pure, multicolor abstraction. The painted paper walls, together with seat discs and a lamp, form a composition of housing.
